The price was good and the breakfast was decent (cereals, tea/coffee, bread, muffins, waffles).
We booked a non-smoking room but the room had obviously been a smoking room in the near past.
The staff explained the bill and went over the charges with me.
very clean and quiet
i liked the decor and salmon colored walls. It made it less bland then most hotels in this price range. and the mini fridge was nice to have.
had to wait awhile to check in, but it was memorial day weekend so that is to be expected.
I really have nothing polite to say about my stay at Rodeway Inn and Suites so like my momma always told me "If ya can't say anything nice don't say anything at all" so I will say nothing at all.
The room was cheap.
When I checked in, to room was insanely cold! It took the entire night to warm up a bit.
Staff was very helpful and courteous
The final price was more than was than what was listed on the site. (kinda like a bait-and-switch)
I stay at this Rodeway on a regular basis for business and I have always found the staff to be willing to assist me to make my stay as pleasant as possible. I have always found the rooms fresh and clean.
I hated it! It smelled like pee. It was dirty. The sheets had hair all over it. My room was in a dark basement with no windows. The area was scary, I will never stay in this hotel again. I feel like calling someone to have this dirty hotel shut down.
Nothing it was dirty door was broke tub was filthy dirty never again.
It was dirty
The beds were very awesome! So soft. The internet was super fast!
No hot water the first 36 hours we were there. They only changed my sheets once, and I had to ask them to do that. There was no microwave in the room, as expensive as it was there should have been one. The washer and dryer were both broken. The phone never worked, and the bathroom light shorted out and went off twice while we were there for the week
The breakfast was good: waffles, juice, coffee, cereal, English muffins, etc. The air conditioner worked well, although it rattled. The location was exactly where I wanted it: midway between Bengie's Drive-In and the Inner Harbor of Baltimore. It was a great location and easy to get to from either direction.
Phone was not turned on. Room smelled of urine in one corner. There was a hole in the shower surround. The door stuck and was hard to open. The water in the bathroom sink was orange; it did clear up, but I was still afraid to drink it. It appeared from the description that there were rooms with 1 double bed and rooms with 2 double beds for the same price, so I specified in the booking that I wanted 2. They gave us one double bed without asking about it, although I am a mom who was checking in with her 18-year-old son. I returned to the front desk, told them that the description online said two double beds and that I had specified in the notes that I wanted two, asked if they had rooms left with two beds. (The first room was very small, by the way.) They did, and he moved us, but then charged us more. We are in the midst of a long trip, and so I just paid it and did not press the point, but I was disappointed.
The management was not professional and I did not like how I was handled.
The room was clean
The staff was rude and incompetent. The 'Continental Breakfast' was just some cereal and a pot of coffee. Most of the advertised amenities were only available for a steep fee (even though the listing made them sound free.)
The only thing I did like it was on the strip and I found some stores I shop at
I did not like it because the service was bad. I can say it was ok room wise due to they where renovating, but it still looked run down and kind of direty. The paint jobs where tarribale, you can still smell strange smells, and I can say my family will not be staying there ever again.
free parking, convenience to area attractions
The hotel overcharged my stay. They did not charge the price agreed upon with Booked.net
